Where would I go about finding those here in Canada or is that an impossibility ? I saw one earlier and I would love to do something like that =]

Nothing like advertising a Canadian competitor on our host's site!!!:mad:A pm with the answer to the inquirer would have been more appropriate in my opinion!

The fact that Bill doesn't sell them at this point doesn't exactly put him in competion with KJP.
It may be a different story if he did but as far as I'm concerned (IMHO) no harm no foul.

You're entitled to your opinion Mack. There is hundreds of posts linking to other competitors on here, Canadian and American. In this day and age, everyone is a competitor, a few clicks away. As far as I know, this is an open forum and it's not against the rules. If it is, I'm sure the admins will let us know.

That being said, I would love it if WWW would start carry these kits as I could get all my stuff from one location.

I don't see harm in it as well..competition never hurt anyone.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, a direct link to a competitors site is not fair ball!

In principle I agree with Mack ,but links to suppliers is usefull to newbies like myself ,can save sometime on the web looking for articles and kits when I should be practicing .

I believe that I've seen links to Lee Valley in your posts.
Does that not count?

The fact that you even mention another "supplier" in your posts is pretty much the same as linking it. What's the dif? Anyone with half a brain can google a supplier and get to their website. And you've offered up the info to start the ball rolling. I fail to see the problem. Competitors are out there. you know it, I know it and I'm pretty darn sure that Bill knows it.
It's like linking Busy Bee in a post. They don't sell pen kits but they do sell some of the same stuff Bill offers up. Canadian Tire and Princess Auto fall into that area too.
The original link was to a supplier home page, not to a specific "pen kit".
I'm certainly not suggesting that everybody start posting links to "competitors" on Bill's site but I do think that in a case like this a question was raised, an answer was given and no one was hurt in the process. And the answer may have helped more than the one person it would have in a secretive little PM.
Businesses are built and maintained by supplying a quality product and standing behind that and based on that I don't think that Bill has anything to worry about.
