Ok I need some help. I just upgraded my hardware to 64 bit,so I had to run Vista .....I guess it will get there one day before Windows 7......Any how, the forum page only takes about half the screen. All of my other bookmarks and sites I visit are full screen. Am I missing something here ??
I am using Firefox 3 but just tried IE 7 , it's the same only half screen.
Thanks
Brian

Brian,
You didn't have to got to Vista to get 64 bit.
I have Windows XP with 64 bit.

Hi Guys, I should have said full screen width wise. I got a 24 inch monitor....about 5 inches on either side of the forum is just blank . This is the only site so far that has been like this.
Maybe just something I have to live with
I also got vista for Direct X 10......I do enjoy my First person Shootem ups :D

Hi Brian,
I'm also running a 24" moniter, only with XP not Vista, and The Forum comes up full width screen using Firefox.

Larry, I have vista also..and have blank screen on each side..F11 Did no good, it just made the stuff taller & larger, but no wider...my screen is a 19, so it probably has zero to do with the screen size

I have been told that is only one of Vista's many, many problems??
Not looking forward to the year when Windows XP is no longer supported
and or available.

Thanks for all the brain strain on this one....This is the ONLY site that I have been to that shows this way.Anywhere else I search or surf works fine....I have tried lowering my resolution..that doesn't work......so far Vista is just a learning curve with no other issues YET !!!!

I to have Vista and it does the same on this site also. However I've been running Vista for almost 3 years , and to tell you the truth I've not had many problems at all. My wife has XP and seems to have problems every outhe day. I think it has alot to do with the security system a person runs along with either Vista or XP. Just my 2 cents worth...

The forum is setup as a fixed width -- 848 pixels wide... it's not variable or floating... so it will only ever take up that much space no matter how wide your screen is.

It won't have anything to do with Vista.
