I have some clients in who want some pens engraved.
I have never had pens engraved.
Who would you recommend for pen engraving?

Les, I would try any reputable engraver in th Red Deer area. I prefer laser engraving.

Hi Les,
I've had good luck with our local laser engraver. Finish the pen first, since burning with the laser on unfinished wood tends to leave scorching around the lettering. I know you find my pens too busy but take a look at the lettering on this pen/pencil set I just had done as a gift.

This is right from the engraver, no touch up or buffing, the lettering is very crisp. He charged me $5 per pen.

Hi Les,
His website is: http://www.laserartinc.com/
However from my understanding, he can use pretty well any True Type Font you might want. Text is easy but I believe there is a one time fee for converting logo artwork to the format the laser controller can use. You can also look under "engravers" in your local yellow pages.
