I use Turners Retreat and Stiles and Bates, although they can be more expensive in some areas. It makes you sick when you see how cheap and what great choice our American, Canadian and Australian pen turners have. I order sometimes from Craft Supplies USA, but when i got hit for £25 + Import Tax i now only order below the tax limit. This means i have to be selective with my orders and of course pay more on frequent postal charges.

Don't know if this is of interest. Not far from where I lived in the UK. It is a great store for woodturners a fabulous selection of timbers, plus tools etc and I seem to remember a pretty good catalogue too. Not certain they carry pen kits but I'm sure it would be worth enquiring.
John Boddy Fine Wood & Toolstore. Borobridge N.Yorks. just off the A1.
