woohoo a new toy!

got a new toy today. a Oneway 12x24. man what a sweet lathe. Its so quiet I had to keep checking that I had turned it off. Played with it a bit tonight tomorrow I will turn my first pen on it. I can't wait.

Well, I did not turn a pen on it today but did turn two bowls! What a difference from my Rikon. I'm spoiled already. The thing runs smooth as silk and it's so quiet you have to be carefull that you do not leave it running. I could not be happier!

Biddeford? never heard of it:D, It's always nice to run into another Mainer. We are all over. I even met a guy from Maine while in the Philippines a couple years ago.
